Point Break

Starring Keanu Reeves, Patrick Swayze, Lori Petty, and Gary Busey.
This film is another of my all time favorites. If you like action, you'll love this. I like this film because the actors all give a good performance, there are some very good shots, but mostly because the film manages to reach in a place where no other film has, I can't really explain.
What I can say, however, is that it is an adrenalin rush, as everything involved in it is for the characters, and when you're involved in a film, those things happen to you. So, ever done surfing, sky-diving, and bank robbery? Well after this film you will want to, if you haven't before.

Johnny Utah (Keanu Reeves) was an american football Player until he had an accident in which he had his knee turned round 90 degrees in the wrong direction, so he goes to law school and becomes a hot shot FBI agent. He is top of his class at the academy, and goes out to the "real world". Him and his partner are given a case on the "ex-presidents", some notorious bank robbers who have never been caught, so Utah has to go undercover and learn to surf to follow his partner's idea that the ex-presidents are surfers.
Tyler (Lori Petty) teaches Johnny to surf, and through her he makes friends with a group of surfer's, including Bodhi (Patrick Swayze), who manages to keep sprouting out spiritual mumbo-jumbo!

I don't want to spoil it for you, so I won't say any more, just watch it! Return to film menu
